Vision:

A society that is aware of and accepts the mentally challenged population as a component of a normal social structure and where societies are structured to provide to their special needs so that they are able to enjoy a physically healthy, rightfully respected, socially active and economically productive life.

Mission:

To provide a platform of opportunities of exploring and learning that is conducive and responsive to healthy development and social interaction needs of the mentally challenged.

Strategic direction:

CMCC designs opportunities specific to individual needs for attaining specific development goals. A need based curriculum has been designed to fit CMCC's ideology with adaptations from the Government's prescribed curriculum with the aim to:

• Provide opportunities of learning and play through recreation and social activities.

• Provide opportunities for audio, visual and tactile expression through art, music and play.

• To encourage self care and develop family awareness towards healthy, rightfully respectful, socially active and economically productive life style.

• To integrate health plans of individual children inclusive of regular medical checkups, prescription follow-ups, physiotherapy, speech therapy etc.
